mentorship & allyship

Training

Become a certified mentor to help evolve the next generation of games industry professionals.

Limit Break Mentorship Training is a training program where participants will learn the value of mentorship and allyship in the games industry - not only to those externally, but to members of their own team.

Participants are asked to think about how best they can support incumbent games talent, and grow their own skills as an empathetic mentor. The program is held as a 2 sessions which run for 2 hours each.

This course is both for individual mentors seeking to become officially trained and CDP certified and also for companies interested in training their leads to become better mentors and allies within the company. Limit Break provides these sessions as part of the sponsorship package, but individuals can buy tickets to join an existing course and companies are able to book bespoke sessions. The course is delivered virtually by one of our qualified course leaders.

⭐ We also make a number of free and discounted tickets available to our cohort! ⭐
