Requirements

Be a mentee

  • Must be currently living in the UK or Republic of Ireland

  • From one or more of the following underrepresented groups:
    - Women / Trans / Non-binary / Gender non-conforming
    - Lesbian / Gay / Bi / Queer
    - People of Colour / Minority Ethnic
    - Disabled people / Neurodivergent folk

  • Currently working in any industry at any experience level, prior games industry experience not needed

  • Able to commit to 6 months of mentoring (meetings are typically once a month within the UK timezone)

  • If you are a student, we only accept postgraduate students or if you’re currently on a work placement or internship. Undergraduates must be graduating in 2024

Be a MENTOR

  • 3+ years of experience working in the UK Games Industry

  • If you live outside the UK, you must work for a UK-based company, or have previously worked within the UK Games Industry

  • Able to commit to 6 months of mentoring (meetings are typically once a month within the UK timezone)

How does it work

    Apply & Register

    Apply though the form for an eligibility check. Once approved, register on the Pushfar platform to gain access to the cohort, and find suitable mentors and mentees. This is where you reach out to people to get matched!

    Join the LB community on Slack, and take part in Roundtables and Workshops, and join in on the fun with our online and IRL Social Events such as our Opening Ceremony.
